You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase—provided we have not yet started on your design and the contract has not been signed. To request a cancellation within this window, please email us immediately at: info@thecheapwebdesign.com. We will confirm whether your project has started and if your cancellation qualifies for a refund.
Once we begin the design process, and/or once the service agreement has been signed, all sales become final and non-refundable. This is because design work requires dedicated time, planning, and resources from the very start—even in the initial stages of layout and setup. Keeping our prices affordable means we must carefully manage our time and commitments.
We include one revision in each design package. Any additional revisions or change requests can be completed for a small fee of $20 per revision. This approach keeps the process fair, efficient, and focused on delivering great work at a great price.
